Seattle, WA

The Holiday Inn is a five story, 198-unit hotel. It is wood framed over a two level concrete parking garage. This site is bordered by Dexter Avenue on the east, an alley on the west and a fully operational Holiday Inn across the alley. This made material deliveries and site laydown a challenge.
