The Ponds at Punaluu

Four story, 90,000 SF facility located on 5 acres on the North Shore Oahu, Hawaii. The project consists of 141 resident rooms, 10,000 SF daylight basement, a common area dining room, lounge and a beauty salon. The facility also houses a secured Alzheimer unit.

Fairmont Terrace was a renovation project of an existing building located on Minor Ave. in Seattle, WA.  The interior was gutted and remade into an assisted living facility with ninety-seven regular care units and two respite units.  The complete support facilities include a full commercial kitchen, both commercial and residential laundries, a beauty salon and of course an activity room and large dining room.

Riverside East is a full service assisted living facility with fifty-eight units in a post-tension concrete and wood frame structure.  The support facilities include a commercial kitchen, both a main dining area as well as a private dining room, a beauty salon, and an activity room.  Options for entertainment include crafts in the sunroom, a brisk game of billiards in the billiard room, a quiet read in the library or perhaps a picnic in the gazebo

Quail Park Retirement Village encompasses all levels of care throughout the several building campus.  There are twelve individual cottages for independent Seniors, a ninety-four unit complex for those Seniors requiring minimal care and a twelve unit care building for those Seniors with the most advanced needs. 

The wood frame construction with stucco and wood siding includes such amenities as a library, a beauty salon, a TV/game room and a café.  A quail habitat, gazebo and pavilion enhance the surrounding landscape.
