The Overlake Christian Church includes a 5,200 seat auditorium and stage with a 75ft. ceiling, a 300 seat chapel, gymnasium, classrooms and administration offices. A 250,000 sf concrete and steel structure. The 27 acre site has parking for 1,750 cars and required over 100,000 Cy of import fill. The scope of work also included a 1,000 LF of public street improvement.

This is an 85,000 sf, k-12 school on 13 acres. Features include a floating wood floor gymnasium, athletic fields, library, stage, and fully equipped classrooms.

The Bellevue Christian School project was a 46,000 sf school addition to the existing campus for 7th-12th grades. The project included construction of concrete, steel, masonry, wood and all finishes.

Phase 1 in construction of Mack Elementary consisted of 3 buildings containing classrooms, multi-purpose center and administration. Site development included a soccer field, playground, and improvements for future phases of construction.
