The Willows Run Building is a 42,000 sf Class "A" office building. Tilt-up concrete with a steel roof structure. The building features a two story glass entry and specialty interior finishes, including marble floors and extensive wood finishes.

This is a 30,000 sf manufacturing facility. Construction of tilt-up concrete and included loading docs and specialized marble / granite handling and storage.

The Kent Professional Center is a Steel and Wood framed office building, with brick veneer exterior and class "A" interior finishes. The entry has a standing seam metal roof with a unique glass enclosure.

The Cosmos Lynnwood Business Center is a 400,000 square foot Class “A” office building.  The structure is cast in place concrete with post- tensioned concrete floor decks.  The exterior is clad with pre-cast brick panels which tie into a glass curtain wall system.  There are three levels of below grade parking totaling 200,000 square feet.  The site excavation included soil nailed perimeter walls at the garage levels.
