Marina Heights is a 10,000 sf commercial, 52,000 sf residential, and 20,000 sf parking complex. This is an innovative, mixed use luxury building fronting Central Way, Kirkland's main street. The new retail, located at street level, compliments the existing commercial development. The finishes are of the finest materials.

This project consisted of the reconstruction of 39 homes in a condominium living community that were damaged or destroyed by Hurricane "Iniki" on the island of Kauai.

Whaler's Cove, two separate four story buildings are situated on the ocean in the historic sugar plantation town of Koloa, On Kauai's sunny south side. All new custom interior finishes were selected and purchased from around the world.
